did u auction off the davies photos ?

hello andrew.

i saw u on ch4 tv. did u really aution off the photos ?
just wondered why ?..or rather why not keep them in a museum?
together.

maybe i got it wrong.

i just bought the dvd..after looking for the vid for 14 years!

i found it a very moving drama , and to have this website as further info is great....

i find the story of barrie and the davies' far better than the pan  story...
who could have invented such a complex story as barries life.

such tragedy....

i havent seen the depp movie yet, but i fear it will be non factual and therefor made up.
depp looks nothing like barrie...so whats all that about ?


if you hadnt of researched his life in 1976, would we know so much about him today?

why do u think michael died?
your view on it please

As I explained in the new intro to the Yale edition of my book, I gave my collection to the Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of my son Anno, who was killed at the same age as Michael. They auctioned it at Sothebys to raise money for their new wing - the collection was bought by the Beinecke Rare Book & MS collection at Yale University, where it joins all their other Barrie material. The entire collection was scanned prior to sale and is accessible via the database on this website.
I think Michael's drowning was an accident for the reasons I give in my book - you can also hear what contemporaries thought on the audio clips on this site and decide for yourself.

i cannot imagine what that is like. I am also a musician. following a road to my dream.

i didnt realize you wrote the screen play for cement garden.

Just finished the script for "Perfume" (based on the Suskind novel) and am now back on Napoleon as well as couple of other projects. My son Anno was a poet/musician - much of it's on www.anno.co.uk... glad to hear your pursing your dream - good luck!
