Title: Do we have the date on which Barrie met the Llewelyn Davies?

I was wondering, do we have the exact date when J M Barrie first met George and Jack in Kensington Gardens? I was thinking maybe he wrote a note about it on a specific day or something?

"some time in 1897" wrote Peter in his Morgue - probably early summer - at any rate a few months prior to August 1897, the date of JMB's first (surviving) letter to Sylvia.
