Obviously the "boy who can't grow up" is a main theme in Peter Pan, but what other works of Barries dose he adress growing up?

Do you think that first boy who can't grow up is Barrie himself?
Is this because he tried to so hard when he was little to become his brother david that he virtualy locked himself into the age of 14???
