After searching in the database for 'Anderson 1901' I get only the first two of the three pages of JMB's entry in the visitors book. Is the third page there somewhere? If so, how do I access it, please?

Just click on the thumbnail for page one, which will then be displayed. At the bottom right you have the option to view 3 images - "envelope, 1, 2" - in this case the "envelope" = page 1, page 1 = 2 and page 2 = 3 .... this is what occasionally happens with an automated programme. All three pages are there, I assure you - I just checked them myself.
